Shorecrest II is a 3 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront home located on Dolphin Beach, Great Guana Cay, Abaco, Bahamas. It is located within an hours flying time from Florida and a 30 minute ferry ride from Marsh Harbour. Our Guana Cay rental house is situated 25' above the crystal clear blue Atlantic Oceanfront. The view is incredible! Steps to beautiful, secluded, Dolphin Beach are only 40' from the front of our rental home.

Shorecrest II is designed for a maximum of 6 people. There is a master bedroom (King) with bath on the second floor. The second floor of our house also has a family room (wood floors), open to living area below, with an 8' sliding door leading to a 12'x12' deck. A great area to relax, read a book and view the ocean. The first floor of our house has two bedrooms (Queen and 2 Singles) with a full bath. The kitchen and living area have three sliding glass doors for viewing and listening to the ocean. The floors on the first level are ceramic tile. All rooms have ceiling paddle fans. The bedrooms have room air conditioners. Our house also has an enclosed outdoor shower.

Our house is located on a secluded five mile long white sand beach. The beach is great for swimming and enjoying of the sun. You will see very few people all day. Offshore(100 yards) is a barrier reef extending for miles, offering diving and snorkeling opportunities.
