"Note: We have a lot located approximately 100' from a sandy beach that we would be willing to sell. There is a walkway along the lot to the beach." Year 2010 May 1-August 15 rates in US dollars: For 1 to 2 people:     $1600 per week For each extra person, up to 6, please add $200 per week Off Season Rates August 15-April 30 in US dollars(Holiday weeks at regular rate): For 1 to 2 people:     $1450 per week For each extra person, up to 6, please add $150 per week Note: A 6% Bahamas hotel tax will be added to the above rates. Deposit: A deposit of one half of the rental is due upon confirmation of the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to the date of the rental. If your plans do change, we will gladly refund your deposit if we are notified of your change 60 days prior to the date of your rental. If your notice of cancellation is given with less than 60 days remaining until the date of rental, and we are able to rebook the home for the same period of time, your deposit will be returned. We will make every effort to re-rent the property. Typically the property is re-rentable. If you rent for two weeks or more, the cancellation period is increased by 30 days.
