Note: If someone would be interested, we have a lot located within 100' of a sandy beach which we would sell. We would also sell our home.


Year 2010 May 1-August 15 rates in US dollars:
  • For 1 to 2 people:     $1500 per week
    For each extra person, up to 6, please add $150 per week
    Children 5 and under are free.


    Off Season Rates August 15-April 1 in US dollars(Christmas & New Years weeks at regular rate):
  • For 1 to 2 people:     $1400 per week
    For each extra person, up to 6, please add $150 per week

    Note: A Bahamas hotel tax of 10% needs to be added to the above rates.

    Deposit:
    • A deposit of one half of the rental is due upon confirmation of the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to the date of the rental.

    Change In Plans:
    • Sometimes plans do change, whether we like it or not. If your plans do change, we will gladly refund your deposit if we are notified of your change 60 days prior to the date of your rental. If your notice of cancellation is given with less than 60 days remaining until the date of rental, and we are able to rebook the home for the same period of time, your deposit will be returned. We will make every effort to re-rent the property. Typically the property is re-rentable. If you rent for two weeks or more, the cancellation period is increased by 30 days.
